All right, I'll take a crack at it, but you can't laugh at me because I at least had the balls to do it first and I swear on my genitalia I did not Google the answers. Personally I think knowing every bit of trivia about LaVey and the CoS is a little pointless... more useful to know that your boss wears lady's underwear, honestly... but hey, why not?

Book of Samael sounds fictitious, I know the compassion ritual is still there, and Diane Hegarty never married LaVey according to Barton (and I'm taking her word for it), so I'm gonna narrow that down to A or B. I'm kind of iffy on the idea that Aquino wrote an intro... it seems possible, but on the other hand, I saw his certificate of CoS membership (pic taken by himself) and he was actually a bit later into the game than I initially thought, so maybe not. I'm going to go with "A" because it's vague and therefore more likely. Yes, I realize it may be wrong.

Rand is an acknowledged inspiration, Crowley's Keys have been used and of course the excerpt from Might is Right is the Book of Satan. The Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn was mentioned, I believe, not to mention it's where Crowley got his stuff from so of course it's one of the sources. By process of elimination I'll have to go with E.

I read about this once, and though I can't remember it off the top of my head, I'm willing to bet it was probably Lucifer.

No "Ceremony of the Nine Angles" appears in TSB, so it ain't that. The Book of Satan is Redbeard, so it ain't that. I wouldn't be at all surprised if he were behind the Infernal Names, given his propensity for pre-Christian mythology, and it sure would be nice to pin some of the inaccuracies on him. So I'm going to go with B half by elimination and half by wishful thinking.

TSB came out in 1969, the CoS was formed in 1966, and meetings at the Black House predate the formation of the CoS, so that means it isn't A, B, or E. I don't know if it's C or D, I know Karla was around before '66 but I'm not sure by how much. I'm going to go with C because she has a specifically dark name that I think shows LaVey was already leaning in that direction when she was born.

Nine Satanic Sins... nope. Never there. Neither are cycles of Fire and Ice. ECI is from the Satanic Witch, and the Eleven Rules were omitted because they were just too tough. So E.

Having read the first three, I know it isn't in any of them. My first instinct was to go with D because that's where I first saw it, although admittedly it was probably released pre-internet because it has the Doctor's odor all over it. So I'm gonna go with E.
